Meeting to review the work of the Youth Union and Student Association at the beginning of the 2018-2019 school year.

The meeting was chaired by the Secretary of the Youth Union - Tran Bach Hieu, along with the Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union - Ta Thi Bich Ngoc and the President of the Student Association - Tran Duc Hoa. The meeting summarized the achievements of the summer volunteer work, reviewed activities during the 2017-2018 academic year, and outlined the activity plan for the 2018-2019 academic year. Several changes regarding scoring methods, activity reporting, evidence, Youth Union and Student Association affairs, early-year activities, and communication activities were also discussed and approved at the meeting with the participating units.

The meeting was lively, serious, and highly effective, with all issues raised being received and actively discussed by representatives from various units. The student union branches and associations of the faculties, departments, and clubs were extremely enthusiastic in nominating themselves to host school-wide activities.

The greatest achievement of the meeting was that the chairpersons and participating units were able to collectively draw lessons from the previous school year and develop a detailed and comprehensive plan for the new school year, creating a solid foundation for units to have a clear direction for implementation.

At the end of the meeting, the chairman once again summarized the main points and the tasks that need to be implemented in the immediate future. All participants in the briefing unanimously agreed to strive to successfully complete the new school year plan with enthusiasm and excitement.
