Conference to comment on documents of congresses at all levels

Attending the conference were Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Kim, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Principal of the School; Associate Professor Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Chairman of the School's Trade Union; Chairman of the Department's Trade Union and veteran teachers of the School.

The conference attracted many contributions from veteran teachers and experts in many fields on draft documents for congresses at all levels.

According to Associate Professor Dr. Pham Quang Long, the Government Report and the Political Report have some inappropriate points, not specifically pointing out the issue of innovation. Some assessments are still biased towards achievements, not looking directly at reality. According to the Associate Professor, we need to have strong adjustments to the economic management mechanism. Restructure the economy in depth, analyze and clarify the existing limitations.

“After nearly 30 years of renovation, we have witnessed strong developments in many aspects. The country has gradually escaped poverty. The market economy is increasingly developing. However, the way of thinking in writing documents has not been innovated to be suitable, still containing many ideological and achievement-oriented implications and lacking the spirit of innovation,” shared Prof. Dr. Dinh Van Duc.

According to Associate Professor Dr. Pham Xuan Hang, documents of congresses at all levels have not revealed new propositions, there are still many points of achievement disease, and they are not closely related to real life...

The opinions in this conference will be compiled by the School Secretariat into a general contribution of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities to be sent to higher levels.

Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Van Kim also shared that on April 9-10, 2015, the 27th Party Congress of the University will take place. The University Board of Directors respectfully hopes that teachers will pay attention and contribute ideas so that the University Congress, as a model congress of VNU, will be successfully organized and achieve the expected results.
