Outstandingly, Nguyen Vo Hoai Nam – a K57 Management Science student – ​​convincingly won the "Talented Leader" final. Hoai Nam's performance, along with that of the other contestants, once again demonstrated that "Talented Leader" is a platform for showcasing and affirming the capabilities and talents of Youth Union and Student Association officials at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

The final night was full of emotions.

The final round was held at 6:30 PM on April 6, 2015, in the auditorium on the 8th floor of building E, with the participation of the 9 most outstanding contestants. Attendees included Mr. Nguyen Thien Tu - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Youth Union, Permanent Vice President of the City Student Association; Ms. Vu Huong Lan - Deputy Head of the School Youth Department of the City Youth Union; Mr. Truong Ngoc Kiem - Secretary of the Youth Union of Hanoi National University; Mr. Vu Van Hai - President of the Student Association of Hanoi National University; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Xuan Khang - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, President of the University's Trade Union; Dr. Nguyen Quang Lieu - Head of the Political and Student Affairs Department; Mr. Tran Bach Hieu - Secretary of the University's Youth Union; Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Lan - President of the University's Student Association, etc.

The public speaking competition was the decisive part for the top 4 contestants. Facing challenging questions with only 2 minutes to think, the contestants not only needed a thorough understanding of the Youth Union and Student Association activities but also the ability to react quickly and sharply. Contestant Nguyen Vo Hoai Nam's answer made a strong impression when he shared his thoughts on the slogan of the 6th Congress of the University's Student Association, term 2013-2015: "Humanities Students: Creative – Connected – Reaching Further." The judges' comments and suggestions further refined and strengthened the contestants' qualities as Youth Union and Student Association leaders.

The highlight of the final night was the Teamwork segment – ​​a game organized by the competing teams. The three finalist teams, with nine contestants in total, took turns organizing games, requiring each contestant to demonstrate their ability to energize and lead group activities. The three-person team format also demanded teamwork skills – an essential element for any Youth Union/Student Association leader. Through this game segment, the teams conveyed their message to the Youth Union members and students in the school. The team of three contestants, Nguyen Vo Hoai Nam (K57 Management Science), Tran Thu Nhan (K59 Anthropology), and Nguyen Ngoc Lan (K59 Psychology CLC), scored points with a game that energized both the stage and the audience with its simple preparation and profound message: "Where there is a need, the youth are there – Where there is difficulty, the youth are there."

"A Great Leader" – Talent, knowledge, unity, and courage.

Before reaching the final round, the contestants went through the application screening round, the presentation round, and the knowledge and talent competition of the final round. The 9 finalists were outstanding representatives from the various student unions and associations, selected from nearly 60 applications. The presentation round was held on March 23, 2015, where 20 contestants who passed the application screening round directly presented their plans for organizing a student union/association activity. In addition, the contestants had to quickly answer situational questions posed by the judging panel.

The knowledge and talent competition (part of the final round) was held on March 31, 2015. Nine contestants had to demonstrate their extensive knowledge, not only in Youth Union and Student Association activities but also the essential understanding of a leader. The talent competition left a strong impression, with each contestant showcasing their unique qualities. The judges evaluated the contestants' talents based on their ability to apply their skills to Youth Union and Student Association activities to attract and unite students.

The success of "Talented Leader 2015" promises that in the years to come, this will continue to be a platform for Youth Union and Association leaders, with an ever-expanding scale.
