Signed a cooperation agreement with Mokwon University.

On May 16th, Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh - Rector of the University - met and worked with Professor Kim Wuen Bae - President of Mokwon University (South Korea). During the meeting, the rectors of the two universities discussed future cooperation and signed a cooperation agreement between the two institutions.
On May 16th, Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh - Rector of the University - met and worked with Professor Kim Wuen Bae - President of Mokwon University (South Korea). During the meeting, the rectors of the two universities discussed future cooperation and signed a cooperation agreement between the two institutions.The main contents of the agreement include: cooperation in exchanging training and research programs; exchanging lecturers and students; coordinating the implementation of short-term training programs and 2+2 joint programs; and jointly organizing international conferences… The agreement has a term of 5 years. Besides discussing the main contents of the agreement, the leaders of both sides proposed several other cooperation programs such as: supporting the establishment and development of the Korean Studies major at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, and establishing a Vietnamese language center at Mokwon University. After the signing ceremony, Professor Kim Wuen Bae had a meeting with students majoring in Korean Studies - Faculty of Oriental Studies. Mokwon University, located in Daejeon – the fourth-largest high-tech city in South Korea – comprises eight undergraduate schools and eight major master's programs in Economics, Business Administration, Finance and Banking, Science and Engineering, Sculpture, Design, Music, and social sciences such as Law, Korean Language, English, Chinese, and Literature, with approximately 13,000 students.
