On August 20, 2012, Associate Professor Pham Quang Minh - Vice Rector of the University, along with Associate Professor Nguyen Van Chinh - Deputy Director of the Center for Asia-Pacific Studies, and Ms. Tran Diep Thanh - Deputy Head of the Department of External Relations and International Training Cooperation, met and worked with Mr. Ogawa Tadashi - General Director of the Japan Foundation Southeast Asia and Mr. Inami Kazumi - Director of the Japan Foundation in Vietnam.
On August 20, 2012, Associate Professor Pham Quang Minh - Vice Rector of the University, along with Associate Professor Nguyen Van Chinh - Deputy Director of the Center for Asia-Pacific Studies, and Ms. Tran Diep Thanh - Deputy Head of the Department of External Relations and International Training Cooperation, met and worked with Mr. Ogawa Tadashi - General Director of the Japan Foundation Southeast Asia and Mr. Inami Kazumi - Director of the Japan Foundation in Vietnam.During the meeting, both sides reviewed and exchanged views on the cooperation between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Japan Foundation for International Exchange over the past period. Leaders from both sides also focused on discussing several future cooperation activities. In particular, representatives from the Japan Foundation stated that the Foundation will collaborate with and support the University in organizing an international conference to commemorate the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan next year.
