The Organizing Committee of the competition requests that all participating units adhere to the scheduled rehearsal and competition times. Any unit arriving late will be penalized according to the competition rules. Regarding the performance on November 17, 2012, the Organizing Committee requests that all participating units take the following actions:
  • 1:30 PM: The Executive Committees of the departmental trade unions and the heads of the participating teams were all present at the Me Tri Dormitory Cultural Center to attend the Opening Ceremony of the Competition;
  • 7:00 PM: Executive Committees of departmental trade unions and team leaders are present at the Me Tri Dormitory Cultural Center to receive commemorative flags; 10:00 PM: Announcement of results and awarding of prizes;
  • Each unit mobilized at least 100 students to attend and cheer on the competition.
Units are requested to send representatives to receive awards at the competition. Any unit absent from the award ceremony will have its award revoked.
