Exciting camp

Unlike other Saturdays, instead of a weekend sleepover, from 7am, hundreds of students were present at school, eagerly preparing for the beautiful camp design competition with the theme "Youth - Tradition". From small spaces, after more than 4 hours of continuous work, a beautifully decorated and brilliant camp appeared before their eyes. 18 units participating in the camp were 18 unique and novel ideas with names both familiar and strange: Anthropology, 65 years of tradition, Embassy, ​​Intelligence... All of them showed the traditional features - the unique characteristics of their units. Along with designing and setting up the camp, students also demonstrated their dynamism and acumen through creative business ideas, booths right on the camp grounds. Many diverse products from food, drinks to small, cute souvenirs with prices suitable for students' budgets. This is truly a profound and memorable memory of a beloved student time at the University of Humanities. Nguyen Thi Kim Anh (Sociology Faculty student) said: This year the University is celebrating its 65th anniversary, so this is truly a very meaningful camp. I want to do something to record the memorable memories of my student days at this moment. Therefore, I learned how to prepare Japanese dishes and today I boldly opened a booth.

Exciting game

Within the framework of the camp, the Youth Union - Student Association, and clubs also organized many other competitions such as: drawing and taking photos with the theme "beloved school", the final round of the student talent contest "USSH's Got Talent". Besides, there were also fun, healthy, and useful entertainment games: "Tug of war", "Blindfolded ice cream feeding", "Capture the flag", "Folding the newspaper", "Twisting the elephant's trunk to squeeze the ball"... Through that, students were free to express their talents and personalities. At the same time, it was also an environment for exchange and connection between generations of students of the School.

The most outstanding and outstanding performances once again shone brightly and radiantly. The heroic songs, bustling with graceful and rhythmic dances continued to bring deep feelings, imbued with noble meanings, rich in humanity. Emotions became even more profound when Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu - Vice Principal of the University - shared memories during his time studying and working at the University. And finally, the most anticipated and thrilling moment of the night of the performance and awarding of the Singing Contest for staff and students to celebrate the 65th anniversary of the tradition of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the awarding of the Beautiful Camp Contest has arrived. Cheers and joyful eyes filled with joy when the organizing committee officially awarded the prizes for the camp and contest. After days of busy, elaborate and meticulous preparation, the Faculty of History deservedly won the first prize in the beautiful camp contest, which was no less lively and attractive, the Faculty of Tourism with the second prize. The third prize went to the Faculty of Journalism and Communication, the Department of Anthropology and the Group-Team-Group Club. There were many surprises and excitement in the award announcement of the singing contest for staff and students. The biggest surprise was that this year's contest had two collective first prizes awarded to the two faculties of Philosophy and Information - Library.
