Japan's New International Relations

On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of Japan-Vietnam friendship in 2013, the Japan Foundation - Japan Center for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam in collaboration with the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU Hanoi organized a presentation entitled "Japan's New International Relations".The two main speakers, Prof. Dr. Yoshihide Soeya and Prof. Dr. Yasushi Watanabe (Keio University), will present two topics respectively:

• China's Rise and Japan's Response: Implications for Regional Security.
• Japan's soft power and cultural commitment.

Time: 8:30 - 12:00, March 19, 2013Location: Hall 8th floor, Building E The presentation will be conducted in English with simultaneous interpretation in Vietnamese. Attendance is free, however pre-registration by phone is required.
