On the social market economy model

Prof. Dr. Ralph Michael Wrobel (West Saxon University, Germany) gave a presentation on the topic: “Social market economy model and the role of the state – International experience and application to Vietnam” at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities on March 7, 2013.
Prof. Dr. Ralph Michael Wrobel (West Saxon University, Germany) gave a presentation on the topic: “Social market economy model and the role of the state – International experience and application to Vietnam” at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities on March 7, 2013.Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh - Vice Rector of the University, along with lecturers and students of the University, participated in the exchange and discussion with Prof. Dr. Ralph Michael Wrobel. In the presentation, Prof. Dr. Ralph Michael Wrobel gave an overview of different market economic systems in Europe: England, France, Germany... In which, the Professor emphasized the social market economic model and economic development according to the social market economic model in Germany. The Professor also paid special attention to sharing many different aspects of the three basic models of the market economy: social market economy, free market economy and welfare state. Lecturers and students of the University had very detailed exchanges and discussions with Prof. Dr. Ralph Michael Wrobel to better understand the current developing economic models in countries around the world in general and the economic model in Vietnam in particular. Prof. Dr. Ralph Michael Wrobel asserted: the development of a country depends on the political elite and talents of the country. Students are the ones who are studying to develop the country, each student should study well to participate in the process of building and innovating the country, developing and integrating into the world.
