To commemorate the 100th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's departure to seek a path to national salvation (June 5, 1911 – June 5, 2011), the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, in collaboration with the Archives Department of the Central Party Office, organized an exhibition on archival documents concerning President Ho Chi Minh's journey to find a path to national salvation, under the theme "President Ho Chi Minh and the path to national salvation and liberation".
To commemorate the 100th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's departure to seek a path to national salvation (June 5, 1911 – June 5, 2011), the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, in collaboration with the Archives Department of the Central Party Office, organized an exhibition on archival documents concerning President Ho Chi Minh's journey to find a path to national salvation, under the theme "President Ho Chi Minh and the path to national salvation and liberation".The exhibition, showcasing archival documents about President Ho Chi Minh's journey to national salvation, ran from June 2nd, 2011 to June 20th, 2011. Attending the opening ceremony were Associate Professor Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu - Vice Rector of the University, Mr. Hoang Quoc Tuan - Deputy Director of the Central Party Office Archives Department, faculty and students of the University... Associate Professor Dr. Vu Thi Phung - Head of the Department of Archival Studies and Office Management, provided a detailed introduction to the origin and significance of the archival documents. The documents on display and presentation were selected and copied from original files currently preserved at the Central Party Office Archives Department and the Ho Chi Minh Museum. These are reliable proofs of the actual journey of the ship Amiral Latuche Tresvill, valuable documents about Nguyen Ai Quoc's activities abroad, and the role of President Ho Chi Minh in the strategic decisions of the Vietnamese revolution... This is one of the politically significant and practical activities contributing to the education of Ho Chi Minh's moral example for faculty and students of the University. Immediately afterwards, archival documents about President Ho Chi Minh's journey to find a way to save the country will also continue to be introduced at several schools under the Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
