In his welcoming remarks to the delegation, Rector Hoang Anh Tuan affirmed: The Korea Foundation is a highly reputable organization that has established its brand in the fields of academia, education, and international cooperation. Today, welcoming the delegation, including the Chairman of the Foundation and professors and experts from major Korean universities and the ASEAN Policy Research Institute, is a great honor for the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Over the years, to achieve success in training in Oriental Studies and Korean Studies, the University deeply appreciates the contributions and support of the Foundation, demonstrated through many specific activities: publications, organizing seminars, sending lecturers, investing in scientific research, awarding scholarships to students, equipping facilities, etc. These collaborations and support are invaluable, creating conditions for the Korean Studies program to grow stronger and contributing to affirming the position of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, becoming one of the leading and most prestigious institutions for Korean Studies training in the country.

On behalf of the delegation, Mr. Lee Geun (Chairman of the Foundation) highly appreciated the University's achievements in building and developing the Korean Studies program over the years, and affirmed that cooperating with a leading Vietnamese institution in training social science disciplines like the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is a great honor for the Foundation. The biggest goal of the KF Foundation is to build a developing relationship between Vietnam and Korea, strengthening cultural and educational exchanges between the two countries. Therefore, in the coming time, the Foundation is committed to continuing to support the improvement of lecture hall facilities and Korean Studies rooms, supporting the publication of more materials and textbooks to serve teaching and scientific research, organizing specialized seminars, and awarding scholarships to students majoring in Korean Studies. On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Korea, the Foundation wishes to elevate the relationship between the two countries to a new level.
At the end of the meeting, Principal Hoang Anh Tuan, on behalf of the school's Board of Directors, once again expressed gratitude for the attention and support from the Foundation and Korean universities, research institutes, and partners over the past period. The Principal also hoped that in the future, the traditional cooperation activities between the two sides would continue to receive attention and be promoted by the Foundation and Korean partners. The school committed to using these resources effectively and efficiently to develop the Korean Studies program.

During the meeting, the experts from the delegation shared many interesting things about Korea and its people, the Foundation's future activities, and support programs for Korean Studies students through scientific research, scholarships, internships, practical training, and job opportunities. This exchange was a valuable opportunity for students of the Faculty of Oriental Studies and the Korean Studies major to directly engage in academic exchange with Korean professors and experts, gaining experience and skills in their studies, scientific research, and future career orientation.
