The meeting focused on evaluating the results of the Digital Capacity Building Project for Students, jointly implemented by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and Meta Company (formerly Facebook).

At the meeting, Dr. Do Van Hung, representing the Project Coordination Board, briefly presented the implementation process over the two years of 2021-2022, highlighting very positive results, including:
Mr. Ruici highly appreciated the efforts and results achieved by the project, and expressed his gratitude to the leadership of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities for dedicating maximum resources to its implementation. He emphasized that the final activity of the project is to organize a national workshop to report on the project's results and prepare for bilateral cooperation in Phase 2. This includes expanding the application of the digital competency framework to member universities within the Vietnam National University, Hanoi, implementing a digital competency course in the form of a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course), and developing a digital competency assessment toolkit.
Professor Hoang Anh Tuan, on behalf of the University, expressed gratitude for Meta's cooperation and support over the years, and affirmed that the University always prioritizes developing essential skills for students to adapt well to the digital transformation context, especially digital competence. The University is committed to allocating resources to successfully implement the project and hopes to continue collaborating with Meta in the future.
