Continue to strengthen cooperation with AUF.

On the morning of October 5th, Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh – Rector of the University – met and worked with Professor Olivier Garro – Director of the Asia-Pacific Regional Office of the Agency for Francophone Universities (AUF). The main topic of the meeting was cooperation programs in training between the two sides.During the meeting, both sides also discussed the certain difficulties faced by the Francophone community in the face of the increasing influence of English. Professor Nguyen Van Khanh affirmed that these challenges arise in the context of a multicultural world; however, this does not prevent the expansion of cooperative relations between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Francophone University Agency. Professor Olivier Garro emphasized that AUF always supports and assists the ideas and innovations of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in its training and research activities. He also expressed his hope that the University, along with other universities in the region, will participate in and have more cooperative activities with the Francophone community. It is known that the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is one of the first universities to have a close, long-standing, and most effective cooperative relationship with the Francophone University Agency.
