Party Committee's work plan for October

The Party Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the evaluation of leadership results for July, August, and September 2010, and the key tasks for October 2010.

I. Results of leadership work in July, August, and September 2010

1. Directed the grading of university entrance exams, announced the results of the 2010 university entrance exams, and implemented the third semester of the 2009-2010 academic year. 2. Directed the welcoming of K55 students (1,526 students) and implemented the political education program at the beginning of the academic year. 3. Directed the successful organization of activities commemorating the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs (July 27), the August Revolution, and National Day (September 2). 4. Directed the development of the 2010-2011 academic year plan and the second round of postgraduate admissions in 2010 (with 565 master's students and 60 doctoral candidates admitted). 5. Directed the Youth Union and Student Association to successfully organize summer volunteer activities. 6. Directed the organization of the year-end review and evaluation of emulation and reward activities for the 2009-2010 school year, and implemented national defense and security work and militia activities in 2010. 7. Organized the reception and working session of Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan and the Chairman of the People's Government of Guangxi Province, China. 8. Directed the organization of the opening ceremony of the school year and the Conference of Cadres and Staff for the 2010-2011 school year. 9. Considered the admission of 5 new party members and granted full membership to 12 probationary party members. Overall assessment: The entire Party Committee has successfully implemented the work plan. However, the Party Committees of some branches have not paid adequate attention to the development of the school year plan and the organization of the conference of cadres and staff of the unit.

II. Key tasks for October 2010

1. Directing the implementation of activities leading up to the 65th anniversary of the school's founding: propaganda, campus beautification, organizing a scientific conference and a commemorative ceremony on November 17, 2010. 2. Developing a plan to implement the Resolution of the 26th Party Congress and the Resolution of the 4th Party Congress of Hanoi National University. 3. Directing Party branches and units to develop plans to implement the Resolution of the 26th Party Congress. 4. Directing the completion of the school's staffing plan and preparing for the recruitment of staff and employees in 2010. 5. Directing the summary of credit-based training; Units should proactively collaborate with partners to organize short-term training programs; enroll students in non-formal classes inside and outside the school; 5. Inaugurated dual degree programs, international joint training programs, and postgraduate and doctoral courses in 2010. 6. Directed participation in activities commemorating the 1000th anniversary of Thang Long - Hanoi. 7. Directed the restructuring of the Inspection Board and several centers and departments within the faculty.
