Party Committee's October work plan

The Party Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities announced the evaluation of leadership results in July, August, and September 2010 and key tasks in October 2010.

I. Leadership results in July, August, September 2010

1. Directing the grading of exams, announcing the results of university admissions in 2010 and implementing the third semester of the 2009-2010 school year. 2. Directing the reception of K55 students (1,526 students) and implementing political studies at the beginning of the school year. 3. Directing the good organization of activities commemorating the day of war invalids and martyrs (July 27), the August Revolution and National Day (September 2). 4. Directing the development of the plan for the 2010-2011 school year and the second round of postgraduate admissions in 2010 (with 565 graduate students and 60 doctoral students admitted). 5. Directing the Youth Union and Student Association to organize good summer volunteer work. 6. Directing the organization of the year-end summary and emulation and commendation review for the 2009-2010 school year and the implementation of national security and defense and militia work in 2010. 7. Organizing the reception and working session of Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan and the Chairman of the People's Government of Guangxi Province, China. 8. Directing the organization of the school year opening ceremony and the conference of cadres and civil servants for the 2010-2011 school year. 9. Considering the admission of 05 new party members and officially transferring them to 12 probationary party members. General assessment: The entire Party Committee has well implemented the proposed work plan. However, the Party Committees of some Party Cells have not paid due attention to the development of the school year plan and the organization of the conference of cadres and civil servants of the unit.

II. Key tasks in October 2010

1. Directing the implementation of activities to celebrate the 65th anniversary of the school's tradition: propaganda, beautifying the school campus, organizing scientific seminars and celebrations on November 17, 2010. 2. Developing a plan to implement the Resolution of the 26th Party Congress and the Resolution of the 4th Party Congress of Hanoi National University. 3. Directing party cells and units to develop a plan to implement the Resolution of the 26th Party Congress. 4. Directing the completion of the school's staffing work and preparing for the recruitment of staff and civil servants in 2010. 5. Directing the summary of credit-based training work; Units proactively cooperate with partners to organize short-term training programs; enrolling students in non-formal classes inside and outside the school; Opening of dual degree classes, international training joint classes, opening of master and doctoral courses in 2010. 6. Directing participation in activities celebrating the 1000th anniversary of Thang Long - Hanoi. 7. Directing the improvement of the personnel organization of the Inspection Board, some centers and departments of the faculty.
