USSH cooperates to share research results on ASEAN

The project involves 13 universities and research institutes in the Southeast Asian region, including two members from Vietnam: the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU and the Diplomatic Academy.

Member universities will cooperate in building a database of research results on ASEAN, thereby allowing and facilitating members to exploit and use this common source of documents.

The database of research results on ASEAN will include many fields such as: Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities, Economics and Business Administration, including specific fields such as: Cultural History, Politics, Geography, Anthropology, Sociology, Religion, International Relations, Security and Strategic Studies, Public Administration, Communications, Gender Studies, Business Administration, Finance, Archaeology...

The Project aims to promote ASEAN and Southeast Asian research through sharing and dissemination of research findings; promote exchanges among Southeast Asian researchers as well as between Southeast Asian and other regional scholars; and raise awareness and understanding of Southeast Asian culture, politics and economics through sharing research findings in a systematic and organized manner.

By participating in this Project, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has the opportunity to promote cooperation with Southeast Asian universities, creating conditions for lecturers and students to share and access scientific information resources at the regional and international levels.
