Baise City also wants to promote cultural interaction between Vietnamese and Chinese students through cultural exchange activities, build Chinese language practice facilities for Vietnamese students, in order to supplement human resources for the upcoming Vietnam-China cross-border economic project.
Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh agreed with Mr. Ling Jianya's proposals and hoped that the University of Social Sciences and Humanities would move towards more specific cooperation with universities in Baise city such as Baise Academy.
