Sketching the appearance of religion and beliefs in the Central Highlands during the French colonial period;

Clarifying the concept of regional religious policy;

Analyze the content of the religious policy of the Saigon government in the Central Highlands and its changes through two periods 1954-1963 and 1964-1975.

Analyze the reactions of religions, the Montagnard leadership and revolutionary forces to the religious policy of the Saigon government in the Central Highlands.

The thesis can be used as a reference for teaching Vietnamese History and Religious Studies at Vietnam National University, Hanoi as well as other research institutions.
