11. Summarize the results ofthesis:

The project "Building a podcast channel for the People's Representatives Newspaper" affirms that podcast development is necessary and in line with the trend of digital transformation and the current information needs of the public. Podcasts can become a tool to support the newspaper in innovating the way it delivers political information, increasing the effectiveness of policy communication and expanding its reach to the public.

ButThe project has systematized the theoretical and legal basis for podcasts in media organizations, clarifying the concept, characteristics, and requirements for journalistic podcast products.

ButThis project analyzes the podcast development experiences of VOV, VnExpress, and Nhan Dan Newspaper, and draws relevant lessons for the People's Representatives Newspaper.

ButPublic surveys indicate a need for access to political, social, policy, and legal information in concise, easy-to-understand audio formats on digital platforms. Furthermore, interviews with experts and newspaper representatives suggest that podcasts should be positioned as a product for explaining policies, connecting parliamentary information with social life, and ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

ButBased on research and surveys, the project proposes a podcast model focusing on parliamentary activities, elected representatives, policies, laws, and social issues of concern, while also outlining the organization of production, operation, and distribution on digital platforms. From this, a feasible implementation roadmap is developed, prioritizing content quality, personnel, and production processes before scaling up.

12. Practical applications:

Although not yet piloted, the proposed podcast model has potential for application at the People's Representatives Newspaper because it is built on theoretical research, public surveys, and expert consultations. Research results show that podcasts align with the digital transformation trend in journalism and the public's need for flexible information access. If properly implemented, podcasts could help the newspaper expand its reach, especially to young readers and those interested in policies and laws but with limited time to read newspapers. Simultaneously, it could also serve as a tool to enhance the effectiveness of policy communication and as a reference for the newspaper in developing future digital journalistic products.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

The project “Developing a Podcast Channel for People's Representative Newspapers” affirms that podcast development is necessary and consistent with the trend of digital transformation and the current public demand for information access. Podcasts can become a supporting tool for the Newspaper to innovate the way it delivers political commentary and policy information, improve the effectiveness of policy communication, and expand its ability to reach the public.

ButThe project systematizes the theoretical and legal foundations of podcasts in press agencies, clarifying the concepts, characteristics, and requirements for journalistic podcast products.

ButThe project analyzes the podcast development experiences of VOV, VnExpress, and Nhan Dan Newspaper, thus drawing lessons suitable for People's Delegates Newspaper.

ButThe public survey shows that the need to access political-social information, policies, and laws should be addressed through concise, easy-to-understand, and convenient audio formats on digital platforms. In addition, the results of expert interviews and interviews with representatives of the Newspaper indicate that podcasts should be positioned as policy-explaining products that connect parliamentary information with social life, while ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

ButOn the basis of research and survey findings, the project proposes a podcast model focusing on the activities of the National Assembly, elected representatives, policies, laws, and social issues of public concern. It also provides orientations for production organization, operation, and distribution on digital platforms. From there, the project develops a feasible implementation roadmap, prioritizing content quality, human resources, and production processes before expanding its scale.

11. Practical applicability, if any:

Although it has not yet been piloted, the proposed podcast model still has potential for application at People's Delegation Newspaper, as it is developed on the basis of theoretical research, public surveys, and expert opinions. The research findings show that podcasts are consistent with the trend of digital transformation in journalism and the public's need for flexible information access. If properly applied, podcasts can help the Newspaper expand its reach to the public, especially young readers and those who are interested in policies and laws but have limited time to read newspapers. At the same time, this can also serve as a tool to help improve the effectiveness of policy communication and as a reference for the Newspaper in developing digital journalistic products in the future.
