10. Summary of the thesis results:
This study presents an overview of domestic and international research on the issue of social relationship difficulties. It covers fundamental aspects such as the concept, risk factors, and factors contributing to these difficulties. Simultaneously, the study discusses assessment and intervention methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy and problem-solving skills, to support the individual. Intervention results show that the client experienced a reduction in negative self-perception, increased emotional regulation, and improved ability to maintain and establish social relationships.
11. Practical applications:Based on the results obtained through theoretical and practical research in clinical case intervention, this thesis contributes further evidence to the effectiveness of the cognitive-behavioral approach in psychological support for difficulties related to social relationships. At the same time, the limitations of this thesis also provide new practitioners with lessons to improve the effectiveness of therapy in the future.
