10. Summary of thesis results:
The study presented an overview of domestic and foreign studies on the problem of difficulties in social relationships. It presented basic contents on this issue such as concepts, risk factors, and factors that maintain difficulties in social relationships. At the same time, the study also discussed assessment and intervention methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy and problem-solving skills to support self-management. The intervention results showed that clients reduced negative thoughts about themselves, increased their ability to regulate personal emotions, and improved their ability to maintain and establish social relationships.
11. Practical application:From the results obtained through the process of theoretical and practical research in clinical intervention, the thesis has contributed more evidence for the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral approach in psychological support for difficult problems related to social relationships. At the same time, the limitations of the thesis also provide new practitioners with lessons to increase the effectiveness of future therapy.
