Project: Organizing gender-responsible communication activities for Jonckers Company Limited (Vietnam branch).
The project aims to raise awareness of gender and gender equality among the management and staff of Jonckers Vietnam, helping people better understand gender issues and the importance of building a fair and gender-equal working environment. Promote the development of policies to help reduce work pressure for employees, especially pregnant female employees and those with young children.
The project consists of 3 main chapters:
- Chapter 1: Theoretical and practical basis of the problem - introduces and clarifies the concepts of communication, communication activities, gender, gender responsibility and gender-responsive communication. Points out the important role of gender-responsive communication activities to raise awareness of gender equality in the working environment.
- Chapter 2: Project implementation results report: presents in detail the gender-responsive communication activities that the project has implemented as well as the results that the project has achieved. The overall results were very positive with 98.4% of participants rating the communication activities as effective and 87.2% of staff noticing a clear increase in equal participation between men and women in community activities.
- Chapter 3: Problem solving and proposed solutions: presents ways to solve the difficulties that the project encountered during implementation as well as ways to promote the advantages of the project. In addition, proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of the project in organizing gender-responsible communication activities.
Conclusion: summarizes the results of gender-responsible communication activities at Jonckers Company Limited (Vietnam branch); points out the limitations and future development directions of the project.

The research results of the project are not only meaningful in being applied to raise awareness of gender equality but also help reduce gender stereotypes in the working environment.
