Through the three chapters written, researched, and explored in this project, the author aims to clarify the role and some skill requirements for multi-skilled/multimedia journalists in convergent/multi-platform journalism. In addition, the author hopes to identify strengths to be developed and weaknesses to be addressed in order to provide solutions to support the reporting team of Dan Viet Online Newspaper in its development process.
