10. Summary of project results:
The study discussed some theoretical issues on psychological difficulties related to parental control in the world and in the country; Support methods for psychological difficulties; CBT therapy theory in therapeutic application; Conducting psychological assessment for a case of an adolescent client;
For the intervention part, the trainees applied CBT theory in defining the case, developing an intervention plan, and using many techniques to support TC. After a period of time, certain achievements were achieved. The most effective was applying relaxation techniques and psychological education techniques to help improve the quality of life. Modeling techniques and social skills training helped TC know how to control emotions, thereby reducing negative behaviors. Cognitive restructuring techniques helped TC form new, more adaptive thinking patterns. In addition, to support adolescents to improve their psychological difficulties effectively and stably, regular cooperation with parents is necessary throughout the support process to achieve the best results for the clinical case.
11. Practical application:From the results obtained through the process of theoretical and practical research in clinical intervention, the project has contributed more evidence in applying the CBT approach to conduct intervention/therapy for adolescents with psychological problems.

10. Summary of the findings of the project:
The study discussed several discussed issues related to the psychological difficulties associated with parental control, both globally and locally; methods to support psychological difficulties; the theory of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in therapeutic applications; and the implementation of psychological assessment for an adolescent client.
Regarding intervention, the trainee applied CBT theory in case formulation, developed an intervention plan, and used various techniques to support the client. After some time, certain achievements were made. The most effective techniques included relaxation techniques and psychological education to improve the client's quality of life. Modeling and social skills training helps the client learn how to control their emotions, thereby reducing negative behaviors. Cognitive restructuring techniques help the client develop more adaptive thought patterns. In addition, to effectively and sustainably support the adolescent in overcoming psychological difficulties, it is essential to regularly involve the parents throughout the process to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

Practical applicability, if any: Based on the results obtained from the theoretical and practical research process in clinical intervention, the project has contributed additional evidence to the application of the CBT approach for intervention/therapy with adolescents facing psychological issues.
