The project "Organizing communication activities to help remove gender stereotypes for the Metagent men's fashion brand" not only proposes a method to build a deeper understanding of the media's portrayal of men in the fashion industry but also aims to promote equality between men and women, thereby creating a society where every individual is respected and has the opportunity to develop themselves comprehensively, civilly, and harmoniously. The communication activities implemented in the project include: Content production on social media (Metagent's Facebook fanpage), managing the image of celebrities in brand advertising activities on their TikTok social media platform, and sponsoring and coordinating communication for the "ISME Business Case Debate Contest 2024," a debate and initiative competition for sustainable development goals for students aged 15-22 organized by the National Economics University. The results of the post-project evaluation were very positive, with 65.2% of the interviewed public fully agreeing that Metagent had successfully conveyed the message about gender diversity and dismantled gender stereotypes in the communication of fashion brands.
