Summary of thesis results:The present study focused on clarifying the influence of supervisory support on employee job stress and investigating the mediating role of employee work-family conflict in the relationship between supervisory support and job stress. The study subjects included 452 employees working in enterprises and organizations in Hanoi. The data analysis results reported that supervisory support has the potential to reduce employee job stress. In addition, the mediating role of work-family conflict in the relationship between supervisory support and job stress was also demonstrated. Recommendations were made to raise managers' awareness of the importance of job support for employee mental health.
11. Practical application:Based on the theoretical systems of manager support, work stress and the current socio-economic situation in our country, the research results are capable of supporting managers in the process of developing organizational management capacity, raising awareness of the problem of work stress. Strengthening awareness of the importance of mental health issues of each individual in each organization, creating conditions for managers to be able to complete assigned tasks well in a healthy, progressive organizational environment, suitable for the development of the times.
