10. Summary of the thesis results:
This study focuses on clarifying the influence of managerial support on employee work stress and exploring the mediating role of work-family conflict in relation to managerial support and work stress. The study subjects 452 employees working in businesses and organizations in Hanoi. Data analysis results indicate that managerial support can reduce employee work stress levels. Furthermore, the mediating role of work-family conflict in the relationship between managerial support and work stress is also demonstrated. Recommendations are made to raise awareness among managers about the importance of workplace support for employee mental health.
11. Practical applications:
Based on theoretical systems regarding managerial support, work stress, and the current socio-economic situation in our country, the research results have the potential to support managers in developing their organizational management capabilities and raising awareness of work stress. It also reinforces the understanding of the importance of mental health for each individual within an organization, creating conditions that enable managers to perform their assigned tasks effectively in a healthy, progressive organizational environment, in line with the development of the times.

This study investigates the impact of managerial support on job stress among workers in specific industries; it adapts a job stress scale to a sample of Vietnamese workers.

The current research focuses on clarifying the impact of supervisor's support on employees' job stress and investigating the mediating role of work-family conflict in the relationship between supervisor's support and job stress. The study sample consists of 452 employees working in enterprises and organizations in Hanoi. The data analysis results indicate that supervisor's support can help reduce the level of work stress among employees.
