Summary of the findings of the thesis: The thesis highlights the current situations of building and developing Learning Resource (LR) at Library and Learning Resource Center of Thanh Hoa College of Culture and Arts. The learning resource there is approximately accurate and sufficient. But there is the limit on special LR published on foreign languages. The thesis investigates the accuration, fulfillment and updateness of the LR and the satisfaction level of three main group of users (Management Staff, Lecturers, Students) with available LR. The thesis sets our the two main groups of solutions and three supplementary solutions to develope the LR on credit training course at Library and Learning Resource Center of the College. The main solution is: Building the development policies of library LR in accordance with the development program and the target of Thanh Hoa College of Culture and Arts; improving, collecting and contributing to the LR.
