General introductionThe Center for Interdisciplinary Research in Social Sciences is a unit under the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, established in 2020. The Center has two basic functions: conducting scientific research in a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary direction.
Functions and tasks:
Study:
- Preside over and coordinate with units inside and outside the school and abroad to implement topics, projects, and programs of basic and applied scientific research in the field of social sciences and humanities to contribute to building the school in the direction of a research university and providing training services and community services.
- Preside over or participate in and coordinate the organization of national and international scientific conferences as assigned by the Principal, aiming to increase international scientific publishing.
Service:
- Coordinate with other training and research units in the School to organize short-term training courses, exchange trips, tours, and study tours for students, lecturers, and scientists related to the fields of language, culture, political science, regional studies, international relations, sociology, social work, anthropology, and psychology.
- Providing consulting services on development; cross-border and transnational issues; support, psychological counseling, social work, etc.
