The event not only helps students explore multi-dimensional perspectives on the culture and history of the two countries, but also creates a solid stepping stone for them to confidently enter the competition, where their imagination and creativity are given wings.
The contest was organized methodically and professionally.
After the opening ceremony, the contest received enthusiastic response from teachers and students of the whole school. The school's Youth Union (the main implementing unit is the Book Club), the Literature group and the School Office closely coordinated in the organization.
In particular, the school invited experts to support and guide students in converting novels into comics, helping them to systematically approach the skills of storytelling through images. The jury, consisting of experts with deep expertise in the fields of literature, history, and art, worked impartially, with a clear and consensual set of evaluation criteria, reflecting the seriousness and dedication to the competition.

According to the Hungarian Ambassador, this is a particularly meaningful activity. The Ambassador emphasized that the Embassy does not always have the opportunity to welcome high school students - young people full of energy and enthusiasm like that. He expressed his hope to continue to have more cooperation events with the High School for Social Sciences and Humanities in the future, contributing to promoting cultural exchange activities between the two countries.

The Ambassador and school representatives exchanged gifts.
The contest to adapt "The Stars of Eger" into comics has truly become a lively and sustainable cultural bridge between Vietnam and Hungary, opening up opportunities for Vietnamese students to explore, learn and love Hungary and its people more from the vivid pages of the book.
