Attending the program were, on behalf of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Professor Pham Quang Minh (Rector) and Professor Hoang Anh Tuan (Vice Rector); on behalf of the Coast Guard Training and Professional Development Center, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duc Do (Political Commissar) and Lieutenant Colonel Dam Duc Hoan (Director). Also present were representatives from the Vietnam Senior Citizens' Cultural Center, the Youth Union - Student Association, the Trade Union, the Veterans Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, and soldiers currently working and studying at the Coast Guard Training and Professional Development Center.
At the program, artists performed timeless songs from the "fiery" wartime era, such as "The Unforgettable Song" and "Round Footprints on the Sand." The program showcased the tradition of "drinking water, remembering the source," demonstrating society's responsibility towards those who protected national independence.
