PProf. Dr. Nguyen Quang Lieu - Principal of the High School for Gifted Students in Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU delivered the opening speech at the seminar.
This is one of the activities organized by the High School for the Gifted in Social Sciences and Humanities in collaboration with the Department of Politics and Student Affairs, University of Social Sciences and Humanities to welcome students to the new school year.
From the hypothetical fire and explosion situations shared by speaker Dinh Van Hung (New World Academy Center), students came up with solutions to stay safe in large fires in apartment buildings, private homes, schools, etc. The images left a strong impression and the speaker's scientific answers helped students truly feel the need to ensure fire and explosion safety at their residence and at school for themselves and their loved ones.
Speaker Dinh Van Hung also shared information about drug abuse and how to prevent dangerous drugs, attracting the attention of students to equip themselves with self-protection skills.
Speaker Dinh Van Hung guides students on fire escape situations and how to stay away from drug abuse.
At the seminar, students were shared knowledge about teenage love and self-protection measures by speaker Nguyen Thanh Lich - a life skills instructor. Through questions and experiential activities, the speaker shared ways to avoid unhealthy relationships in adolescence, in order to equip students in grades 10 - 11 - 12 with knowledge to love their bodies more and protect themselves.
High school students experience the feelings of the body in adulthood.
The contents of the seminar attracted the response of students.
