Attending the opening ceremony were Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Party Committee Secretary, Principal of the School), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong (Vice Principal), leaders of the Training Department, the Department of Politics and Student Affairs, and representatives of all training units of the School. In particular, the opening ceremony was attended by 285 graduate students and 125 doctoral students both domestically and internationally.

Principal Hoang Anh Tuan emphasized: In the general context of postgraduate recruitment of educational institutions in recent times facing many difficulties, many majors and many schools have been forced to stop training because of not ensuring quality, Hanoi National University, as well as the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, are still proud to be the unit that always takes quality as the motto and philosophy in training. That is like a commitment of the University to learners, parents and the whole society. Principal Hoang Anh Tuan hopes and believes that postgraduate students and PhD students will always support, share and accompany the Board of Directors, lecturers and staff of the University to always maintain that philosophy. Improving the quality of postgraduate training is the key to creating breakthroughs, brilliant achievements, affirming the position and brand of Hanoi National University of Social Sciences and Humanities on the map of domestic higher education, integrating with the region and the world.

Also at the Opening Ceremony, Vice Principal Dang Thi Thu Huong congratulated and shared the joy with 285 graduate students and 125 doctoral students who were admitted to the 2023 master's and doctoral entrance exams of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. With love, trust, and attachment, students and doctoral students from all over the country and from many countries around the world have chosen the Hanoi University of Humanities as a companion, a place to satisfy their passion for conquering the pinnacle of knowledge and scientific research.

Associate Professor, Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong shared: In 2023, the School has adjusted all training programs in the direction of streamlining, integrating, modernizing, updating and better meeting the needs of society. Therefore, the training content of the QH-2023-X postgraduate course will be fully applied according to the adjusted programs.
Today's opening ceremony is attended not only by the school's leaders but also by all the leaders of functional departments, faculties/training institutes, which demonstrates the commitment to always accompany and provide maximum support in both training and scientific research so that all students and postgraduates can best complete their learning tasks, receive Master's and Doctoral degrees on time and with the highest quality. In addition to the dedicated and close guidance of teachers at training units throughout the learning process, and participation in scientific research of students and postgraduates, every year the school organizes a separate international scientific conference to support students, postgraduates, and young staff of the school to publish internationally and complete output standards.
On behalf of the students and postgraduates attending the 2023 Postgraduate Opening Ceremony, PhD student Tran Van Binh (Majoring in Linguistics) expressed his pride at being one of the successful candidates and officially becoming a PhD student at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
"Choosing and being lucky to become students and PhD students of the School means that we have chosen a school with a long tradition and a leading position in the country in training and research in the field of Social Sciences and Humanities. Here we not only acquire in-depth knowledge, but are also taught a love and passion for scientific research, seriousness, academic integrity and more than that, a noble spirit and humanity."- Researcher Tran Van Binh expressed.
PhD student Tran Van Binh emphasized: "I believe that with my own continuous efforts, the support of my family and agency, the companionship of the school, and the dedicated guidance of my teachers, we will complete our studies with the best results."
