1. Time and location of the event
- Time:9:00 AM, January 23, 2024 (Tuesday)
- Location: Auditorium on the 8th floor of Building E.
- Attendees: Representatives from the leadership of training units and students graduating in the 4th batch; Representatives from the leadership of Departments and Centers, Secretaries of the Youth Union, and Presidents of the Student Association.
2. Some notes for student volunteers attending the Graduation Ceremony:
- Time to arrive at the hall: 8:15 AM
- Dress formally, arrive on time, and strictly follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee.
- Following the Bachelor's Degree Award Ceremony at the Auditorium on the 8th floor of Building E:
+ Graduating students should go to the Training Department (Room 103, Building E) to sign for their diplomas and transcripts. Graduating students should bring their student ID card or citizen identification card.
+ Students graduating with honors should go to the Political and Student Affairs Office (Room 102, Building E) to receive their Certificates of Merit.
