1. Time and place of organization
- Time:9:00 a.m., January 23, 2024 (Tuesday)
- Location: Hall, 8th floor, Building E.
- Participants: Representatives of leaders of training units and graduates of the 4th batch; Representatives of leaders of departments, centers, Secretary of the Youth Union, President of the Student Association.
2. Some notes for students attending the Graduation Ceremony:
- Time to be present at the Hall: 8:15
- Wear formal attire, be on time and seriously follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee.
- After the Bachelor's Degree Award Ceremony at the 8th Floor Hall, Building E:
+ Graduates come to the Training Department (Room 103, Building E) to sign for their diploma and graduation transcript. Graduates must bring their Student ID card or Citizen ID card.
+ Excellent graduates come to receive Certificates of Merit at the Office of Politics and Student Affairs (Room 102, Building E).
The school respectfully invites teachers, parents, relatives and friends of the students to attend to encourage, congratulate and share joy with the students in the solemn moment of the Graduation Ceremony.
