During the meeting, Ms. Tran Huyen Anh introduced the one-year student exchange program in Taiwan with Jianxing University of Science and Technology (Taiwan, China). The program offers students excellent opportunities to access high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate education in the region and around the world. Furthermore, the program helps students find employment opportunities in a professional, modern, international work environment at large corporations and businesses in Taiwan and globally.

Eligible participants are full-time students with a TOIEC English score of 450 or higher, or a Chinese language proficiency level 1 or higher, in their respective majors. Specifically, students will receive a paid internship to cover tuition and living expenses for one year in Taiwan. There is also a chance to receive higher scholarships at Taiwanese universities. For higher education levels, scholarships ranging from 40% to 100% of tuition fees may be offered.[1]

On behalf of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Professor Pham Quang Minh expressed his delight that the university's students have more opportunities to study and intern abroad. He hoped that more exchange programs would be implemented, including short-term programs of 3-6 months, so that students could have the opportunity to experience Taiwanese culture. Sharing the same view as Professor Pham Quang Minh, representatives from various faculties and units of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities also wished to increase short-term study tours and international summer camps for the university's students.

At the end of the meeting, both sides agreed to cooperate and support each other in implementing the proposed cooperation initiatives.
