The opening ceremony was attended by Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Vice Rector of the University), Mr. Lee Jae Guk (Labor and Employment Attaché - First Secretary of the Korean Embassy in Vietnam), and Mr. Park Sung Joo (Deputy Director of the YMVP Program).

On behalf of the leadership of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Professor Hoang Anh Tuan (Vice Rector) extended greetings to all Korean students and expressed his confidence that they will have memorable experiences throughout the upcoming course. Despite the ongoing impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the University remains committed to supporting and providing the best possible conditions for the students. The Vice Rector also extended an invitation to representatives from the CEO Global Research Group and the students to attend the upcoming celebrations of the University's 70th anniversary and 25th anniversary.

On behalf of the Korean side, Mr. Park Sung Joo (Director of the Global CEO Research Group) expressed his gratitude to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities for its thoughtful and enthusiastic support in organizing the program, ensuring its uninterrupted operation. He expressed confidence that the 13 participants would successfully absorb the excellent training program offered by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, leading to greater personal growth. Through this, they will not only develop themselves but also contribute to the development of bilateral relations between the Vietnamese and Korean peoples.

The Global Young Entrepreneur Program in Korea is a collaborative effort between the Global CEO Research Group (Korea) and the Center for Vietnamese Language and Culture (Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi). Sponsored by the Korean government, the program aims to train young Koreans to work in the Vietnamese market. This third course involves 13 young Koreans studying Vietnamese language and culture at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities for five months. The university is responsible for developing ideas, creating a suitable curriculum, and organizing teaching according to the requirements and quality standards committed to the partner. Prior to this, the second Global Young Entrepreneur Program in Korea was successfully held with the participation of 17 Korean students from August to December 2019.
