Professor Hoang Anh Tuan (Vice Rector in charge of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities) presents a commemorative gift to Associate Professor Tran Thanh Van (Vice Director of Thai Nguyen University).

During the meeting, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Dang (Rector of the University of Science, Thai Nguyen University) reviewed the cooperative relationship between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Thai Nguyen University over the past years, with activities such as lecturer and expert exchanges; cooperation in developing training programs at Thai Nguyen University, most recently the Korean Studies program… These collaborations have contributed to promoting the training of high-quality human resources at Thai Nguyen University. Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Dang expressed his desire for both sides to continue expanding the scope of cooperation in the future. On behalf of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Professor Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Vice Rector in charge of the University) agreed with Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Dang's remarks and proposed that both sides maintain regular information exchange on new cooperation possibilities.

Following this, representatives from Thai Nguyen University held a working session with the leadership and toured the campus of the High School for Social Sciences and Humanities. On behalf of the school, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Lieu (Principal) introduced basic information such as the school's history, mission and educational philosophy, facilities, staff, and academic results for the 2020-2021 school year.

Images and videos of key events during the first academic year, such as the Opening Ceremony of the 2020-2021 school year, the Parent-Student Meeting, and the Teachers' Day Celebration on November 20th, were also shown to give the visiting delegation a better understanding of the school's academic and social life. Highlights of the High School for Social Sciences and Humanities were emphasized, including: combining comprehensive education with elite training for students; integrating in-depth knowledge education with the enhancement of foreign language and information technology skills; and educating students in life skills and adaptability.

On behalf of Thai Nguyen University, Associate Professor Tran Thanh Van highly appreciated the achievements that the teachers and students of the High School for Social Sciences and Humanities had accomplished in the past year. He stated that Thai Nguyen University wishes to learn from and apply the experience from the training model of the High School for Social Sciences and Humanities.

Thai Nguyen University was established in 1994 based on the reorganization of universities in Thai Nguyen city.
