Since signing the cooperation agreement with the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in August 2017, the Dao Minh Quang Foundation has undertaken numerous initiatives and activities to support the University's development, including the annual "Dao Minh Quang Scholarship" for students. The Foundation also collaborates to advise the University on seeking collaborative training and research projects with Germany or other countries.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Professor Hoang Anh Tuan expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the Fund's contributions to the University over the past period. In response, Dr. Dao Minh Quang committed to maintaining cooperation between the two sides, despite the difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. This cooperation will encourage the spirit of learning and teaching among the University's lecturers and students. In the future, the Fund will continue to provide the Dao Minh Quang Scholarship; fund the implementation of several scientific research projects by lecturers and doctoral students on Germany and Vietnam-Germany relations; and promote entrepreneurship, innovation, and creativity among the University's lecturers and students.

The Dao Minh Quang Foundation was established under German Civil Code, possesses independent legal capacity, and pursues only public and charitable goals. In December 2016, the Dao Minh Quang Foundation was officially recognized as having independent legal capacity by the Berlin State Department of Justice and Consumer Protection and was recognized as a public benefit foundation by the Berlin State Finance Department for its charitable activities. The Foundation encourages cooperation and development between Germany and Vietnam. Its operational goal is to promote cooperation and development between the founder's two homelands, Vietnam and Germany, particularly in the fields of education, sustainable agricultural development, music, and culture.
