Speaking at the opening ceremony, Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Principal of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities said: The Job Fair has been organized by the school annually for many years, as one of the activities in the series of events to care for, support and guide careers for the school's students. With the spirit of creativity and innovation, USSH's Job Fair 2025 has brought many values to students, schools and businesses. Accordingly, USSH's Job Fair 2025 attracted the participation of 68 employers, bringing 1,270 job positions to be interviewed and recruited directly for students of 28 training majors of the school. The job positions that employers bring to USSH's Job Fair 2025 are diverse in many fields and many different professions. In particular, there are many job positions coming from research and training units, which is proof that the school's training programs are not only academic and classical but also highly applicable and meet the strict demands of the labor market.

Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan emphasized that the culture of quality assurance is the key factor that creates the position and reputation of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The school regularly improves and enhances the quality of training programs to meet the society's demand for high-quality human resources.
Principal Hoang Anh Tuan said that the close and effective connection between the school and employers is a consistent viewpoint in the development strategy of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Not only providing job opportunities for students at the Job Fair and Employer Connection, organizations and businesses also participate in other activities of the school, such as participating in teaching and guiding students in practical internships.
The school leaders also emphasized that in the context of strong technological development, posing many challenges to the labor market, some occupations and job positions have been replaced or interfered with by AI. However, with the view that technology is a tool to support and increase the value of students after graduation, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has proactively equipped students with the skills to apply technology in learning and research.
The school has successfully developed a Digital Competency Framework for students in cooperation with META Group (Facebook), integrating modules on technology use and AI applications for lecturers, students, and pupils of the school. In May 2024, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities was the first university to issue a Digital Competency Framework for students with the goal of helping students acquire the necessary digital competencies to live, study, work, and participate in social communication proactively, positively, and safely in a digital environment.
Recently, within the framework of the Project to enhance the capacity of artificial intelligence to create AI Gen for lecturers and students deployed from the end of 2024 to March 2025, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has coordinated with Meta Group to successfully organize 05 training courses on AI Gen with more than 250 lecturers and experts participating, and 16 courses for students and pupils attracting more than 800 learners.

The school honored 13 organizations, businesses and 02 entrepreneurs who have made many contributions to the school's development. The Job Fair - Connecting Employers attracted the participation of nearly 70 organizations and businesses from many different fields.
From the perspective of a business that has cooperated with the school for many years and is also an employer at USSH's Job Fair 2025, Ms. Nguyen Thu Huyen - Director of Nguyen Trai Transaction Office, West Hanoi Branch, SHB Joint Stock Commercial Bank highly appreciated the organization of the school in the Job Fair - connecting employers, as well as the student care activities of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, not only from training knowledge but also closely guiding and finding jobs for students right from their first year. Over 1,000 job opportunities for Humanities students
USSH's Job Fair 2025 is organized as a series of activities throughout March 2025, including 03 talk shows and 01 main festival right on the campus of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, attracting nearly 5,000 students and trainees to participate. Through this, students have the opportunity to learn about career trends, grasp recruitment requirements in each field, as well as equip themselves with the necessary luggage to prepare to enter the labor market.
By attending the fair, students can proactively approach employers, interview directly and apply for suitable positions. In addition, they also receive career counseling, receive useful advice from human resources experts and are guided on how to utilize artificial intelligence to improve the quality of their job applications.
For Vi Thuy Linh - a second-year student of the Faculty of Tourism, this is an opportunity for students to meet and exchange with businesses in the fields they are interested in, to have a closer look at the industries they are studying, thereby having a more specific view of their future careers. Participating directly with businesses helps her grasp the requirements of employers for students, Thuy Linh feels confident to approach the job right from her second-year student.

The Career Fair - Connecting Employers of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has attracted many alumni of the school who are currently holding important roles such as department directors, key positions in many large corporations and enterprises at home and abroad to attend as recruiters.
