The workshop is a forum for scientists, researchers, students and experts working in the field of office administration and information technology to discuss issues arising in the digital transformation process.
The content of the Workshop focuses on three main groups of issues:
- General theory of digital transformation in office management
- Digital transformation practices in office management in Vietnam
- Office changes in digital transformation and suggestions for training
With the above three groups of issues, the main questions about office management theory and practice will be answered such as: The role of the office and the challenges posed when carrying out digital transformation; models and solutions being applied; responsibilities of parties in digital transformation and in human resource training to meet digital transformation needs.
The workshop has attracted the attention of many scientists and managers, as shown through the number of articles sent to the Organizing Committee. More than 50 scientific articles participating in the workshop have been edited and published in the book "Digital transformation in office management" published by Ho Chi Minh City National University Publishing House and will be introduced right at the workshop.
The workshop is part of a series of cooperation events in 2023 in the field of training and scientific research between the two leading universities of social sciences and humanities in Vietnam. The event also affirms the traditional and effective cooperation relationship of more than 20 years between the two training units on office management and two years of signing a cooperation agreement between the two universities.
