Following the working session on September 12, scientists and experts contributed their opinions on adjusting a number of criteria such as: output standards, study and research volume, training program structure and content, lecturer quality, etc. to complete the Draft Training Program Standards.
The Professional Board and Secretariat have compiled and received comments from scientists and lecturers to adjust and complete the Draft.

Previously, since July 2025, the Professional Board has carried out the work of collecting, reviewing, and analyzing documents describing the services, activities, and jobs of the training sector; collecting, synthesizing, and reviewing legal documents of Vietnam related to the training sector. The Professional Board has developed a survey form and organized a survey of the Output Standards of training programs at university, postgraduate levels, and occupational groups; organized the development of draft Training Program Standards in the field of Humanities at university, master's, and doctoral levels.
As the leading training and research center in the country in the field of Social Sciences and Humanities, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has been assigned by the Ministry of Education and Training to organize the development of training program standards for undergraduate, master's and doctoral levels in the field of Humanities (Vietnamese Language, Literature and Culture group and Other groups).
The contents of this Training Program Standard will be issued and applied by the Ministry of Education and Training in the development of undergraduate, master's and doctoral training programs in the field of humanities (Vietnamese Language, Literature and Culture and Other groups) nationwide.
