Following the signing of a cooperation agreement with the Center for Digital Content Design Research and the Center for Vietnamese Studies, National Kaohsiung University (Taiwan), the leadership of the Faculty of Linguistics, Vietnamese Language and Vietnamese Studies, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, conducted a field trip and tested methods applied in disseminating the Vietnamese language and culture in Taiwan (China).
The President of National Kaohsiung University cordially received the delegation (along with representatives from Taiwan's Ministry of Education) and expressed confidence in the success of this future 'restructuring' trend in higher education.

Collaborative exchange with the Center for Digital Content Design Research, Vietnam Research Center, Kaohsiung University. In particular, the delegation from the Faculty of Linguistics, Vietnamese Language and Vietnamese Studies had the opportunity to experience technologies that were making their debut in a country that is the world's largest semiconductor chip manufacturing center, leading globally in advanced chip production and packaging, and chip testing (sponsored by HTC), such as i-Ride, self-driving cars, VR experiences, and a visit to the Technology and Culture exhibition. The delegation also visited Ky Son Primary School to experiment with virtual reality education technology – the first institution to apply virtual reality technology at the higher education level, after numerous trials and applications in primary and secondary education in Taiwan and Japan.
