Deputy Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s visit is a highlight ahead of President Obama’s expected visit to Vietnam next month. During his visit to Vietnam, Deputy Secretary Blinken will meet with senior government officials in Hanoi to discuss US-Vietnam relations and other issues of mutual concern. He will also meet with business leaders, members of civil society, and students.
