Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu – Vice Rector of the University – attended and delivered the opening speech of the conference.

On December 14, 2012, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in collaboration with Gakushuin University (Japan) and Myongji University (Korea) organized an international scientific conference with the theme "Organizing and promoting the value of people's archives".

On December 8, 2012, the Center for China Studies held the 10th Anniversary Celebration and the Scientific Symposium “China Studies 2012 – 2022: Trends and Prospects”.

During her trip to Hanoi to attend the 4th International Conference on Vietnamese Studies, Professor Quyen Di Chuc Bui (University of California Los Angeles and California State University, Long Beach) accepted an invitation to give a presentation at the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies and Vietnamese Language on the morning of November 29, 2012. The topic of the presentation was “Orientation for training in Vietnamese Studies in the United States”.

On the morning of November 24, 2012, at the 8th floor Hall of Building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the International Conference on Training, Research and Application of Psychology in the Context of International Integration took place.

The international scientific conference with the theme “Inequality in development: Problems and solutions of East Asian and Southeast Asian countries” was organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in collaboration with Stockholm University (Sweden) for three days from November 22 to 24, 2012.
