“Making a Difference – Social Work Without Barriers: Towards Sustainable Development and Responding to Emergencies” is the theme of the International Scientific Conference organized by the Faculty of Sociology, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU, Hanoi on August 1-2, 2023.

On August 1, 2023, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, China (PolyU) signed a cooperation agreement focusing on cooperation in social work (CTXH), marking a new development step of the social work sector at VNU-USSH in particular and Vietnam in general.

On July 30, 2023, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi solemnly held a Degree Award Ceremony for New Doctors and New Masters who were recognized for their doctoral and master's degrees in 2023.
