We have a question, according to the dual degree training regulations of VNU: "Training two training programs at the same time: After the first year of study, if desired, students can register to study a second training program of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities or of another training unit in VNU so that upon graduation, they will be awarded two regular university degrees." Therefore, we are writing this letter to ask if we can register to study dual degrees in majors such as journalism - communication, oriental studies, social work, ... at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The University of Social Sciences and Humanities plans to enroll new dual degree programs in the 2012-2013 school year, including: Journalism - Foreign Languages, Management Science - Foreign Languages, International Studies - Foreign Languages. If there are no changes, by the end of October 2012, these 3 majors will be enrolled. The Tourism Studies - Foreign Languages major will still enroll in September 2012.

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, if you take all 3 subjects, pass the minimum score of the Ministry of Education and Training or higher, and have no subject with a score of 0, then with the consolation prize in Literature in the 2012 national excellent student exam for grade 12, you will be admitted to the Journalism major. You should base on Article 33 of the 2012 Regulations on regular university and college admissions, "the difference in admission scores between the next two groups of subjects is 1.0 (one point), between the next two regions is 0.5 (half a point)" to know whether you passed or not because you did not clearly state whether your 17 points included the bonus points or not? If that is the score of the 3 subjects added together, without bonus points, then you passed.
