
The emblem of the 9th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is designed from the Roman numeral nine (IX). The letter "IX" is transformed into a flame, representing the youthful energy and enthusiasm of young people.
The logo also depicts a human figure in the shape of the letter Y, the first letter of the word Youth. The colors are based on the main colors of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union logo. With a sturdy base, the upper part forms the image of arms raising a fluttering flag, symbolizing unwavering faith, aspirations for dedication, and the spirit of competition and volunteerism of the new generation of youth.
With the Youth Union emblem at the center, the symbol represents the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union as the reserve force of the Communist Party of Vietnam, constantly building and strengthening its organization, improving the quality of its activities, spearheading, accompanying, and encouraging young people to establish themselves and their careers, and building and protecting the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.
The entire emblem represents the stature of the young generation of Vietnam in the new era, possessing ideals, beliefs, intelligence, and a burning desire to reach further and higher, determined to build a prosperous and strong country, and integrate with the world.
