At the meeting, Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh highly appreciated the cooperation of the Institute for Global Links with the University in organizing short-term training courses on religion and the rule of law in Vietnam. The courses help the University's staff and lecturers update and improve their professional knowledge, disseminate legal knowledge to localities, and contribute to the legislative process of Vietnamese state agencies. For the University, the course led to the establishment of a strong Research Group on religion and the rule of law chaired by Prof. Dr. Do Quang Hung, as well as the Department of Religious Studies at the Faculty of Philosophy.

On behalf of the Global Links Institute in Vietnam, Ms. Vu Thi Mai Hien expressed her gratitude for the School's cooperation and goodwill in completing the necessary procedures to organize the courses. The Global Links Institute wishes to continue to accompany the School to disseminate knowledge about religion in life in Vietnam. She also agreed with the proposal of Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh that the courses should move towards producing real scientific research products, especially works published internationally.
