The exhibition attracted a large number of students.
In his opening remarks, Associate Professor Hoang Anh Tuan, Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, expressed his honor that the university was chosen as the venue for the exhibition, and highly appreciated the purpose and significance of this exhibition. The exhibition is a meaningful activity, contributing to building good relationships between the university and universities in Taiwan, and strengthening diplomatic relations between the university and international universities. In the context of an opening economy, the exhibition holds great value in promoting trade cooperation and bilateral development between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and educational institutions in Taiwan.
Sharing the same view, Mr. Thach Thuy Ky - Chief Representative of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Hanoi and Mr. Tran Lap Ngon - Vice Rector of Wenzao University of Foreign Languages, both affirmed that the opinions of Assoc. At this year's exhibition, students will have the opportunity to learn about universities in Taiwan through 28 booths from many major universities such as Tsinghua University, Tainan University, Wenzao University of Foreign Studies, National Taipei University, etc. At each booth, students will receive support in admissions and study abroad counseling, as well as meet and exchange information with representatives from Taiwan. Through this, students will gain a more comprehensive understanding of studying in Taiwan. Issues regarding tuition fees, transportation, and living expenses in Taiwan will also be thoroughly answered by the university representatives.
In particular, each university participating this year offered attractive scholarship opportunities, creating chances for students to study abroad at prestigious universities with reasonable tuition and living costs. A wide range of scholarship opportunities were available to students attending the exhibition, such as: 50-100% tuition fee waiver for the first year, English and Chinese language scholarships, 100% tuition fee waiver for outstanding students, etc.

The students enthusiastically asked questions and interacted with the organizers through entertaining games.
Studying in Taiwan is becoming an increasingly popular choice for parents and students. This is because, despite studying in world-class environments, the cost of education in Taiwan is significantly lower than in European universities. Furthermore, Taiwan shares a similar culture with Vietnam, making it easier for students to adapt and integrate, avoiding culture shock. Importantly, since September 1st, 2016, Taiwan has granted visa-free entry for 30 days to eligible Vietnamese citizens. Therefore, parents can easily travel to Taiwan to visit their children without worrying about travel costs. Recognizing these outstanding advantages, the Taiwan University Education Fair has successfully helped many Vietnamese students realize their dream of studying abroad.
The exhibition attracted nearly 1000 parents, students, and university students from Hanoi and surrounding provinces. In addition to providing useful information about studying abroad, the exhibition also featured entertaining games and a lucky draw for attendees to win prizes.
The exhibition serves as a bridge for the relationship between Vietnam and Taiwan, while also promoting cooperation between the two countries in education to help Vietnamese students access advanced education systems around the world.
