The conference heard a report summarizing the five-year "Women Educators - Women Workers" emulation movement presented by Dr. Nguyen Thi Kim Hoa, Vice President of the University's Trade Union. Over the past years, the "Women Educators - Women Workers" emulation movement has been one of the outstanding emulation movements among all female education staff. Actively responding to this movement, over the past five years, the Women's Committee of the University's Trade Union has made many efforts to innovate the forms of activities, attracting women to actively participate in common activities, thereby creating conditions for women to develop their abilities. Currently, the University has 256 female staff members, accounting for 52.5% of the total staff, including 175 female lecturers and 81 female administrative staff. The female staff has made significant contributions to many aspects of the University's activities.

The transition from the semester-based to the credit-based system presented many new demands, but they actively and proactively sought to understand and quickly adapt to the requirements of the new training model. Teaching support services have also made significant progress thanks to the contributions of the female administrative staff. Scientific research by female staff has also progressed, with over 150 research projects at various levels led by them. The increasing percentage of female staff participating in management and union activities demonstrates that their capabilities and roles are increasingly valued.
In addition to excelling in their professional work, female officials also successfully fulfill their roles in building happy family lives and raising their children to be good people. Many families have been awarded the title of "Culturally Exemplary Family," and the number of children of female officials with good academic achievements is increasing. Many children have achieved high results in student competitions at all levels.
In summary, over the five years of the movement, 4 collectives and 29 female staff members received commendations from the Trade Union of Vietnam National University, Hanoi; 29 female staff members received certificates of merit; and 41 female staff members received certificates of merit from the University's Trade Union.
