On behalf of the university leadership, Associate Professor Pham Gia Lam - Vice Rector - presented the Rector's decision appointing Associate Professor Vu Thi Phung as Head of the Faculty and Dr. Nguyen Thi Lien Huong as Deputy Head of the Faculty.

In her acceptance speech as Dean of the Faculty, Associate Professor Dr. Vu Thi Phung affirmed that in the coming time, the Faculty's leadership will focus on key tasks such as: expanding training objectives, training systems, and training majors; developing flexible training programs (double majors, articulation programs); expanding the scale of postgraduate training and, from 2010, opening a doctoral training system.
Given its position and responsibilities, the Faculty will be one of the centers that brings together leading scientists to implement basic research programs and projects, making practical contributions to the industry, to society, and directly serving the Faculty's training mission.
Currently, the Faculty of Administrative and Office Management has 3 departments, 15 full-time staff members, and nearly 20 part-time staff members. With over 40 years of tradition, the Faculty of Administrative and Office Management is currently the only institution conducting research and training high-quality human resources at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the fields of administration, office management, document management, and archiving.
