With 286 female union members (accounting for 54% of the school's staff), including 200 lecturers and 86 administrative staff, women's union activities and movements play a special role in the school's annual tasks.

Associate Professor Hoang Anh Tuan (Vice Rector of the University) delivered a speech at the ceremony summarizing the 3-year "Excellent at Schoolwork - Competent at Home" movement, expressing his pride in the female staff and faculty of the University.
Over the past three years, female staff members of the university have achieved remarkable accomplishments: 2 projects won national-level science and technology awards; they led 6 research projects funded by the Nafosted Foundation, successfully completed 80 research projects at various levels; published over 200 articles in scientific journals and presented at conferences; approved and published 60 textbooks, lectures, and translated materials to support the university's training; 10 female lecturers were recognized with the titles of Professor and Associate Professor, and 20 female staff members successfully defended their doctoral dissertations.

The number of female staff members participating in leadership and management positions has consistently affirmed their roles and positions. One Vice Rector, 4 out of 16 Deans/Institute Directors, 11 Vice Deans, one Head of Department, 4 Deputy Heads of Department, the Museum Director, and 3 Center Directors are women, bringing the total number of female staff members in leadership and management positions from Deputy Head of Department upwards to 70 out of 150 positions; 9 out of 15 members of the University's Trade Union Executive Committee and 14 out of 21 Chairpersons of departmental trade unions are women. Alongside this, these women consistently manage their family lives well, raising well-behaved and academically successful children, strictly adhering to the population law, and building families according to the standards of: "Prosperous, equal, progressive, happy, and sustainable."

Besides their professional work, these women actively participate in humanitarian and charitable activities, supporting education in mountainous and remote areas. Most of them have families, young children, and live far from the school, but thanks to their efforts, love for their profession, and enthusiasm for their work, they have successfully completed their assigned tasks. In particular, many of them, despite health issues, always strive to excel, perform their jobs well, and spread a spirit of optimism, love for life, and dedication to their profession, earning the trust and respect of their colleagues. Many of them have consistently achieved the title of advanced worker and outstanding worker at the grassroots and Hanoi National University levels for many years, truly deserving the title of "Two-Excellent Women."

At the ceremony, outstanding collectives and individuals in the movement were awarded and presented with certificates of "Excellence in Schoolwork - Competence in Housework" at various levels: 4 collectives and 30 individuals were awarded at the University level; 2 collectives and 9 individuals were awarded at the Vietnam National University, Hanoi level; and 1 collective and 1 individual were awarded at the Vietnam Education Trade Union level.

The trip to the ancient capital of Hoa Lu was also a meaningful journey, not only bringing together knowledge and strengthening relationships among colleagues, but also spreading the optimistic and youthful spirit of the female staff and faculty of the School.
