The 2019 “Student Ambassador” Program has officially begun.

The 2019 “Student Ambassador” program took place with the official participation of 197 volunteers selected from the University’s units. 197 volunteers came from 17 provinces/cities in the Northern and North Central regions including: Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Ha Nam, Hoa Binh, Ha Tinh, Hai Duong, Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Lang Son, Nam Dinh, Nghe An, Phu Tho, Tuyen Quang, Quang Ninh, Thai Binh, Thanh Hoa and Vinh Phuc.

2019 is the sixth year the program has been implemented with the support of three sponsors of Long Duong Technology and Trading Joint Stock Company.

At the ceremony, the representative of the Executive Board of “Student Ambassadors” presented the implementation plan. Accordingly, this year’s program will take place at nearly 120 high schools in the area through a team of volunteers in the following forms:

- Distribute admission information leaflets in classrooms, post posters on bulletin boards, and set up counseling desks at high schools.

- Coordinate with high schools to implement direct counseling activities for students.

- Online consultation for students on admission registration, answering questions about majors and other support.

The "Student Ambassador" program continues to focus on visual communication for activities and images for volunteers through products such as: uniforms, badges, representative images of volunteers on available Frames of the Facebook social networking application.

Speaking to the students, Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh praised and acknowledged the volunteers' spirit of readiness, and expressed his hopes and best wishes to the Ambassadors. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan, he hopes that each volunteer will become a bridge between the School and the students - the candidates who will enter the exam this year.

Sharing his thoughts, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Quang Lieu hopes that the Student Ambassadors will be healthy, maintain their spirit and enthusiasm, and contribute to the success of this year's enrollment consulting activities.

Tran Minh Quang (Captain of the Nam Dinh Province “Student Ambassador” Team) gave a speech accepting the assignment and sharing his thoughts on participating in the “Student Ambassador” program for the second time. He pledged to work with other volunteers to successfully complete the role.

In the presence of the School's Board of Directors, 197 volunteers shouted slogans to demonstrate their spirit and determination to complete their mission before setting out.

Next, Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan gave representatives of the Student Ambassador teams a set of documents with information about the school's enrollment so that the teams could carry out their work according to plan.
